The Voice Of The Judge.

John 5: 25

25 Very truly I tell you, a time is coming and has now come when the dead will hear the voice of the Son of God and those who hear will live.

I am so blessed to have Jesus in life as Savior and Lord because I will be one of those who would hear His voice and will live for eternity. We don't know for sure what He's gonna tell us that day. But in one of the parables a Master said to His servant "Well done my good and faithful servant."  That's maybe what Jesus would tell us when He comes back.

Notice by the way, He didn't say "great" but "good". He didn't say "successful" but "faithful". Friends, it's okay not to be great nor successful in the things that God entrusted you to do. Just do it with faithfulness and even how small it is God would consider it as good.

Jesus is obviously referring to His second coming for His saints. It's is one of His promises that I am so excited to look forward. He already said, that we don't let our hearts be troubled. We just need to trust Him because He already prepared rooms for us in heaven. There's gonna be no pain and sorrow when we get there. All of us will be rejoicing and worshipping in Heaven day and night, singing "Worthy is the Lamb that was slain".

Now let's talk a bit about a lamb that was slain. It's interesting to me when John has a revelation for Heaven. In "Revelation 5:6" Then I saw a Lamb, looking as if it had been slain, standing at the center of the throne, encircled by the four living creatures and the elders. The Lamb had seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven spirits of God sent out into all the earth.

Friends, that was referring to Jesus obviously. It's interesting John saw a Lamb as if it had been slain standing at the center of the throne in heaven. Does that mean that Jesus brought His humanity in heaven? We don't know for sure but this is an amazing thing we would know when we get there.

Friends, let's just keep pressing forward because Jesus is gonna come for you and me soon. Life on earth is temporary. Don't give up, keep trusting Him. Thanks.

The Life We Ought To Be.

If there is one thing that you love most in you life, what is it? John 5:13-15 The verses below was about the invalid man for 38-years  whom Jesus healed. It was Jesus who offered the healing for him.  13 The man who was healed had no idea who it was, for Jesus had slipped away into the crowd that was there. 14 Later Jesus found him at the temple and said to him, “See, you are well again. Stop sinning or something worse may happen to you.” 15 The man went away and told the Jewish leaders that it was Jesus who had made him well. In all the things in the world. It was the "sin" that Jesus was telling him to stop. Jesus said to him "... Stop sinning or something worse may happen to you.” Does it mean he's gonna be invalid or disable again? I don't think so. This means that sin in our lives does not have a good result. Jesus was telling him that if he keeps on sinning it's going to ruin his spiritual life. See friends, Jesus was not only helpin...

What are your New Year's resolution?

I'm pretty sure we have New Year's resolution in our bucket list for the year 2018. We've been accustomed to have one. But are we going to really follow all of them? It's been common for most us to make a list of our New Year's resolution but we cannot deny the fact that we failed to follow them.  In these verses below, Paul explained the reason why we all fail.   “There is no one righteous, not even one;  there is no one who understands;  there is no one who seeks God.  All have turned away, they have together become worthless;  there is no one who does good, not even one.”  Romans 3:10-12. These verses simply means regardless of what religion you have or you belongs to. You are dead in the eyes of God. There are no exceptions.  Now, since there is no one is righteous that means no one can see God. That's why Christ died for our sins so we'll have access to God through Him. He is only perfect man who is God by nature who...

The Son of Man

John 5: 27   And he has given him authority to judge because he is the Son of Man.   Here we see Jesus relationship with the Father. How intimate it is that the Father gave him the authority to judge.  But what does "Son of Man" mean? This does not mean that Jesus was son of Joseph the husband of Mary who conceived Jesus through the Holy Spirit. Let's read the book of   Daniel 7: 13-14  to help us understand why Jesus has this title being the "Son of Man". 13 “In my vision at night I looked, and there before me was one like a son of man, coming with the clouds of heaven. He approached the Ancient of Days and was led into his presence. 14 He was given authority, glory and sovereign power; all nations and peoples of every language worshiped him. His dominion is an everlasting dominion that will not pass away, and his kingdom is one that will never be destroyed. Jesus was obviously fulfilling the prophecy of Daniel when he said in...
